December 29, 2011 - Ballots are in for the election of the Board of Directors for the National Reined Cow Horse Association. There were 941 ballots cast, with four trainers and two owners being voted on to the new board. Todd Crawford had the most at 526, followed by Bill Tointon (423) and Todd Bergen (410).
