Money attributed to a horse is the amount of money that particular horse won and is no way related to who actually received the money. Also, monies attributed to riders are not the earnings of the rider, but rather monies awarded to all horses that particular rider rode in 2009.

The staff at Quarter Horse News appreciates the efforts of secretaries and other show officials who provide accurate and complete show results. We appreciate the cooperation of the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA), which provided official results from each of the association’s approved events. However, this statistical review does not include payouts of every reining competition in the United States and abroad. If we’re able to obtain results from any event we have missed, this information will be added to the Equi-Stat database for use in future statistical reports and stories.

Every attempt had been made to make this statistical report as accurate as possible. However, we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of any data provided by show management, the National Reining Horse Association, American Quarter Horse Association or the American Paint Horse Association.
